2.2 We may also report incoming email as spam. This can result in IP addresses and websites being added to a blacklist.

3.1 No message or substance filtering system is completely accurate, and from time to time legitimate content will be filtered out by our organization.

3.2 If you believe that a legitimate message you have sent has been filtered out by our organization, please advise the message receiver by another means.

3.3 The risk of a message being caught by one of our spam filters can be reduced by:

(a) sending the message in text in place of HTML;

(b) Ensuring there are no attachments to the message that could be flagging the system;

(c) avoiding the terminology and text used by spammers (Urgent/just for you/ etc) ; and/or

(d) Scanning your messages for malware or spyware before sending.
